Cuddy Cafe
Our local cafe and pizza restaurant – Cudmirrah Cafe & Pizzeria – is a hidden gem and just 5 minutes walk away. They serve delicious coffee and breakfast options every morning, as well as lunch daily and woodfired pizzas on Friday and Sat nights. With a beautiful view over Swan Lake it’s the perfect place to relax and visit with friends.
Inlet Eats
If you are after really good coffee, Inlet Eats is the place to head. Started by two local sisters, Emma and Penny, this cosy cafe is open for yummy wholesome breakfasts, delightful morning teas and homemade lunches. The pair try to source as many ingredients as possible from local suppliers and employ local Susssex residents who love to share their knowledge of the local area. You can also pick up a selection of jams, honey and organically grown vegetables and herbs.
Milk Haus
Just inland from Mollymook (approximately 40 minutes drive from Cudmirrah Beach) is Milk Haus, a unique wholefoods cafe. Set within the old Cheese Factory in Woodstock, Milk Haus aims to provide simple meals that are healthy and free from anything artificial. Many of the ingredients are sourced from the on-site garden and the menu reflects the changing seasons whenever possible. Open Thursday to Monday for breakfast and lunch. There are areas to sit outside so also a good option if you are travelling with a pet.
Cupitt Winery and Restaurant
Also just inland from Mollymook is the award-winning Cupitt’s. A boutique winery, restaurant, fromagerie, brewery, wedding and accommodation venue, Cupitt’s is an ideal destination to laze away an entire afternoon. The French-trained head chef produces delicious meals made from seasonal, locally grown produce and served with matching wines. The views over Burrill Lake are breathtaking and it’s well worth taking a stroll around the estate before or after your meal. Cupitt’s is open 7 days a week for wine tours, tastings and dining. Husky Pub
The Huskisson, or Husky Pub to locals, has been a South Coast favourite since 1932. Open every day from 11.00am until late, Husky Pub is the perfect place to meet friends for a drink or enjoy a meal with the family. The views over the bay are nothing short of stunning, and there’s also a diverse calendar of live entertainment to check out. Kitchen hours can vary according to the season, so it’s advisable to check with the hotel prior to heading over. You can also book ahead (view the menu) during busy periods or if you have a large group.
