Covid Safe Travel

We are actively monitoring COVID-19 updates released by the NSW Department of Health, and will continue to respond based on their advice or any directive provided by the government.

For cancellations due to COVID-19, we have amended our cancellation policy to allow greater flexibility. If you need to cancel due to a government issued lockdown and are unable to travel, we are happy to either transfer the deposit payment to a future stay OR to provide a refund if future travel is not possible. For more information regarding our payment and cancellation policy, please refer to our FAQ page or our Terms and Conditions before confirming your booking.

We encourage all of our guests to check the latest NSW COVID-19 information before travelling and to check out our Terms and Conditions for more information about COVID-19 requirements during your stay.

Our covid safe protocols

Nothing is more important to us than the health and wellbeing of our guests and community. To prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have implemented the following new protocols:

QR CODE Check-in

Day visitors must QR code check in. If you are staying overnight and have booked into our accommodation or logged in and made a booking for your owner occupied caravan, we already have your contact details and details of your stay dates so QR code check in is not required.

All day visitors to your accommodation must QR code check in before entering the caravan park. QR Code check in is available at the office on the glass sliding doors.

Contactless payment

For bookings outside of Summer peak season, your balance payment will be processed on the day of your check in prior to your arrival using the credit card details provided for your deposit. Please call in advance if you need to pay via an alternative method. We are also able to receive payment over the phone. For Summer peak season bookings, final payment is due by the 15 November.

Contactless Check In

Each cabin is equipped with its own key box. Directions to your accommodation or camp site will be sent via email together with an access code for the boom gate on the day of arrival. Please return your key to the KEY RETURN box at the right of the office sliding glass doors on your way out.

Social Distancing

Please keep your distance of 1.5m from others.

Good Hand Hygiene

Additional handwash and hand sanitiser in high traffic and communal areas is available for your use. Our cabins and caravans are also equipped with hand sanitiser at each entry.

Increased Frequency Of Cleaning

Our accommodation and amenities are already cleaned to a very high standard but in addition we wipe over all hard surfaces with disinfectant and you will find disinfectant in your accommodation for use during your stay.

Stay Safe On Your Holiday

If you are showing any COVID symptoms such as fever, sore throat, shortness of breath or other cold / flu-like symptoms in the 72 hours prior to your stay with us, please postpone your trip to another date and advise us in writing. In this instance, deposits may be transferred to a future stay.

If you do become unwell and are showing symptoms of COVID during your stay with us, please remain in your cabin or caravan, arrange to get tested and inform us (via phone). If your test result is positive, you will be required to advise us by phone and check out immediately. If you are camping and become unwell with COVID like symptoms, you will be required to check out, get tested and return to your home to self isolate. Please advise us by phone if you test positive.

Our nearest hospitals are Milton Ulladulla Hospital (02) 4454 9100 and Shoalhaven District Memorial Hospital (02) 4421 3111. There are two medical centres in Sussex Inlet but they are only open Monday – Friday.

Clean Your Hands

Clean your hands regularly with soap for a minimum of 20 seconds, particularly before eating.

Cover Your Nose And Mouth

Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue or bent elbow when coughing or sneezing. Dispose of used tissues in an appropriate manner.

Please remember to bring your mask. Masks may be required for communal indoor areas and for shopping. Continue to check the latest NSW COVID-19 information for updates in our area.

Avoid Touching Your Face

Avoid touching your face, nose and mouth and avoid shaking hands.

Use Soapy Water

Use hot soapy water to wash your plates, cutlery, glasses and cups.

Upon check out

If you are staying in our accommodation, we will strip all beds and wash all linen after you check out. Please leave any used towels on the bathroom floor and any used blankets on the beds. Please remove all rubbish and recyclables from the accommodation and dispose of them in our communal garbage and recycling area prior to your departure.

Finally, please leave the entry sliding glass door wide open when you leave and lock only the security screen to allow ventilation prior to our cleaners entering.
